About Cadell Consulting Services
Our Story
Cadell Consulting Services was established in 2023 and provides professional services in all aspects of land use and community planning and development to local Councils, state agencies and the private development sector.
The Director of CCS, Michele Bos, has over 16 years experience of working within the local government sector, both in Victoria and New South Wales.
Michele has formed collaborative working relationships with state agencies and local government authorities across NSW and Victoria.
Our consulting services include:
- Assistance and guidance with planning enquiries
- Preparation and process management of planning and development applications
- Preparation and project management of subdivision applications
- Preparation and process management of planning proposals to amend local environmental plans. Guidance and assistance with planning scheme amendment requests
- Land use and development strategies and plans
- Preparation of community development plans and strategies, including community engagement and collaboration processes
